One more recipe from the little cook book my sister made. This pizza is quick and easy. Every thing is already cooked so the baking is just to melt the cheese.
The illustration is as good as the pizza!
I used a pre baked pizza bread with cheese already on it.
Spread some sauce on,
layered on some cooked chicken,
topped it with cheese
and garnished with a few bell pepper slices.
Oh, and added a little more cheese so it could melt over the peppers a bit.
Baked it at 400 for about 15 minutes. After letting it cool a bit it was ready to serve.
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- 1 pre cooked pizza bread
- 1 chicken breast, cooked, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey or Pepper Jack cheese
- bell pepper for garnish
In a small bowl, combine hot sauce and tomato sauce
Spoon tomato sauce evenly over crust
Top with the chicken
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
garnish with a few bell pepper slices
Bake pizza at 400°F for about 15 minutes or until cheese is browned.
