Pancake Ninja

It all started with the out of control Garlic Chives
And What to do with them, they go on top of Nachos ...Nachos! Yes let's make Nachos.

So here is the story of the Garlic Chives on Nachos

Chop up cooked Chicken

Herbs, Cumin and salt

Chop Olives or slice them like I did.

Mix Chicken in with the Herbs

Spread a layer of re-fried Beans on the bottom of the pan.
And note to self: Don't use vegan "cheese" on the beans next time. It was just weird.

Put a layer of Corn Chips on next

Cheese

Add the Chopped Tomatoes

Layer on Chicken

Olives!

Quick, Run out to the garden and grab a handful of Garlic Chives! Can't forget them they're the whole reason We're having Nachos. Wash and chop.

Repeat layers if you still have stuff left.

Top with Garlic Chives
And Bake for 10-15 minutes

Serve warm with sour cream, salsa, and Guacamole Dip
