Garbanzo Chocolate cake
Thanks to my friend Anna for this delicious gluten free cake flourless recipes made with chickpeas. This isn’t made from a box but it’s almost as easy.
5 ingredients that’s all.
open a can of garbanzo beans rinse and drain.
In the blender add garbanzos or chickpeas, what ever you like calling them,
and eggs.
Blend until smooth.
Then add sugar and baking powder and blend.
In a bowl melt chocolate chops in the microwave.
I didn’t stir them very well but they were soft enough
So they blended up just fine.
pour into greased cake pan.
and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack then invert it into a plate if it’s not stick like mine was.
Serve with fresh fruit.
taste to see if anyone would know it was made with beans if you didn’t tell them. Nope, they’d never guess.
