Fresh tomato juice
Here is the tomato juice made with the juice from the tomatoes that got chopped up, that sat in a colandar, that dripped and drained and went into the salsa.
All you need is some seasoning and of course tomato juice. This is best to make when you have a bunch of tomatoes you have to drain the juice out of and are left with a lot of juice. Like Salsa or something.
Shake right into the jar some garlic powder, there are no set amounts it’s just what ever you like. If it’s not flavorful enough, add more.
Some onion powder,
ground red pepper,
and a pinch of salt.
Screw the lid on nice and tight.
Shake it up so everything is mixed and that’s all.
Really good with cheesy crackers.
