It may not be blueberry season but it’s a good time for smoothies. The cranberries add a really nice flavor and beautiful color.
Water is good for you and I know you should drink a lot of it but sometimes on beautiful sunny fall days that reach 80 degrees it’s nice to have a refreshing smoothie just like this.
Fresh berries would work but I had frozen so that’s what I used.
I started by putting a cup of plain yogurt and 8 oz. fruit juice
and about 4 teaspoons of honey.
Throw in blueberries and cranberries and blend. I threw in a few ice cubes to help blend the berries and just pick them out afterward.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.

- 8 oz. fruit juice
- 4 teaspoons raw honey
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Blend in blender or food processor and serve.
