Linzer Windowpane cookies
It’s cookie time so I made these as sorta practice cookies.
I made up some gluten free cookie dough and baked a matching number of squares for the bottom and squares with cutouts for the tops.
I dusted the tops with powdered sugar and put a spoonful of jam on the center of the bottoms.
Then one broke and I had to eat it.
