Kirby (a catahoula/border collie mix) leads a very busy life and tries to balance his time between his career and home.

He is aware that four out of ten employees state that their jobs are "very" or "extremely" stressful.Those in high-stress jobs are three times more likely than others to suffer from stress-related medical conditions and are twice as likely to quit.

 

So every morning he takes some time for himself

and makes exercise a priority.     

 

 

When Kirby was a little boy he heard about how all work and no play made Jack a dull boy.   So Kirby makes a conscious effort to avoid such pit falls in life.  

 

And so far,

 

he’s been doing pretty well.

 

He’s a firm believer that The more you smile at others, the more others will smile at you.
